Windows 10: How do I stop USB controller disconnecting when PC is plugged in

My USB controller always disconnect when charger is plugged into my PC and I don't know why.I've searched and tried plenty solutions buh none works I'd like to know how to stop this with all the help I can get.Your thoughts are needed

Windows 10 PC won't recognize PS4 controller plugged in via USB

When i plug in my PS4 controller to a PC, i get the infamous "yellow light of death" where the controller shows a brief yellow light before fading. I've tried looking this up but nothing seems to solve the problem. My controller worked yesterday evening
perfectly but today it suddenly stopped working. Also, neither my PC nor my laptop recognize the controller in "devices and drivers" -menu, nor do i get the windows sound when i plug in a device.

The methods i've tried for solving this so far have been:

• Plugging the controller to another PC (my laptop),
• uninstalling all USB and HID drivers and rebooting,
• pushing the reset button on the controller and rebooting the PC,
• trying multiple different usb slots on both of my PC and laptop,
• Pushing the PS button and options+share buttons to try to connect/recognize it via bluetooth,
• Trying multiple different usb cables.

I did manage to connect my controller via bluetooth to my laptop, but i had pre-installed a driver(scptoolkit) of my controller to that computer. The laptop still couldn't recognize the usb connection i had plugged in. The bluetooth connection worked flawlessly
on my laptop but i can't use that on my PC.

Any suggestions?

To add more clarity in the last suggestions, I would suggest you to reinstall the USB controller drivers and check if it helps in fixing the issue.

Disconnect any USB devices attached to the system (except mouse and keyboard) and remove the USB controllers. Reinstall the controller drivers and check if the issue persists.

Refer to the following steps:

• Press Windows key+ X, click Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, find and expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click
  Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
• Restart the computer, and let the USB controllers get reinstalled.
• Plug in the removable USB device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

Borderless Windowed mode with controller plugged in stops USB ports.

Okay this is a weird one but here it goes. If I'm playing a game and I have a controller plugged in and switch the mode to borderless window and exit out of game, my USB ports will just stop working. I don't know what causes it but it happens. The games it happens on so far is Yakuza Kiwami and BloodStained.

When it does I get no sound indication when I plug in a flash drive, nor a disconnect sound. It will just not do anything. At first I though it was this but I was wrong.

I did uninstall my 360 wireless receiver and controller and plugged in brand new ones to see if the old ones where the problem but it still happened later on. The HID Game controller driver will have a yellow triangle on it. This issue has happened to me 3 to 4 times so far and nothing I do works, if I try to disable it in device manager the manager will stop working. I also have to hard shut down my computer as if I try to shut it down, restart or sleep it will hang until I press down the power button.
