Windows 10: How do I stop Windows 11 from switching off "manual proxy setup" after reboot?

Hi all,I have a machine that needs to access the web through an HTTP proxy.I have manually provided an IP address and port of a proxy server, however after reboot the proxy server is gone and "Use a proxy server" returns back to "off".Regards,Graham--

Cannot Use Manual Proxy Setup (Auto switch to off upon exit after I turn it on)

I went to the network & internet setting under the manual proxy setup, the use a proxy server I switch to on.

After I input the address and port, I click on save and then exit.

When I re-enter this manual proxy setup under the use a proxy server it automatically change back to off.

I cannot use my paid proxy server.

Please advise.

If I delete this info then it will be get back, also switching off cannot take effect.

I just want to find a way to switch off this manual proxy setup function.

Any suggestion?
