Windows 10: how do i stop windows defender for bugging me to remove add ons from browsers?

I keep getting this pestering anoyance telling me to stop this from bugging me?

Removal of Browser Hijacker

• STEP 1: Use Zemana AntiMalware Portable to remove browser hijackers
• STEP 2: Scan and clean your computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
• STEP 3: Double-check for malicious programs with HitmanPro

Windows Defender does not completely remove PWS:HTML/Irsofraud.C

Windows Defender is part of Win 10 – it cannot be removed from Win10.

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled/removed? Based on what is occurring the file is
possibly in a browser and being "blocked" by the browser before Defender takes any action on the malware file.

Suggest empty temporary internet files, restart the computer, manually update WD and run a Quick Scan.
