Windows 10: How do I stop Windows Defender from removing files without my consent.

Windows Defender keeps removing the software KMSPico from my PC, I am using it because I have already setup windows 10 and used a key previously on my computer but Windows 10 refuses to accept the key as I am using a custom build called Tiny10 to remove unwanted apps, yet Defender keeps removing the app and deleting it stating that it is a virus, I am using it for legitimate reasons & do not want Microsoft dictating what I can & can't use on my own device even though I paid for a legitimate license, i'm fine with Defender quarantining the offending software and giving me the option to

Remove consent for a child account??

I have a similar issue. When I go to remove consent, 2 of my children are not even on the list to remove consent.

 

Unable to Remove Exclusions from Windows Defender

Windows Defender - File Removed

Windows defender has removed file from my PC as being a medium level threat, I know this file and I also know that windows detects it a false positive.

I want Windows defender to return the file to where it was removed from, but am unable to get it to do this.

I go into defender and its not listed under Quarantined Items.

but is listed under all detected Items. How can I find this file and return it to where it should be?
