How Do I *STOP* "Windows Drift"?!

I actually do not know what this is called, so maybe this has been answered elsewhere, but, if so, I don't know how to find it.I have had this happen in every version of Windows I have had. I'm now on Windows 11 Pro.What happens is, when I open a window for anything, it sides against the left side of the screen. If I open another window on top of that, that window appears to the right of the 1st window. If I open another window, that one appears to the right of the 2nd window and so on and so on and *arrggghhhh*I guess this is "cascading"? -- BUT I FIND IT REALLY ANNOYING. I want my windows

    :)

    Drifting Mouse

After installing Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 8.1, my mouse pointer has started drifts rather quickly from top to bottom of screen or sometimes from right to left. Once it starts, the only way to stop it and return to normality, is to reboot. This only
happens when I run X-Plane 10 and Microsoft Flight Simulator X, but once started it even drifts when I've log out of these files and is there in all window screens. Both of these programmes worked fine in Windows 8.1.

I Have a Nvidia GTX 780 Ti Video card and the latest driver for 355.60 for Windows 10. I've been in touch with Nvidia and they are very helpful but unsuccessful up to now.

    Any suggestions or help.

    Cursor constantly drifting

My cursor will constantly drift to the right side of the screen (to no specific spot, just drifts directly to the right). This occurred a few days ago but I was able to fix it with a simple restart, but now I've tried restarting a few times and the cursor still won't stop drifting. I even uninstalled all pointer drivers in Device Manager to no avail. I know this isn't a problem with my mouse because the drifting still occurs when I unplug the mouse, and this also isn't the trackpad's fault as the drifting suddenly stops whenever I open a "system app" or whatever it's called (e.g., Task Manger, Device Manager, etc.). Appreciate any help!
