Windows 10: How do I stop windows from trying to auto-install Razer Synapse?

Every time I charge my razer mouse, and then plug it back in. Windows tries to auto install Razer Synapse

For now, I've set a group policy to stop windows from trying to install any drivers. But is there a workaround for just Razer, I've deleted all the folders (including hidden ones) associated with the razer installer but regardless all of it gets auto re-downloaded

I did find two registry keys but didn't want to delete them and mess something up. Help would be appreciated.

RAZER synapse won't update

Iv upgraded to windows 10 and since doing so my headsets don't work (razer & Microsoft) and I run the update for razer synapse for windows 10 and it just stops part way through! driving me crazy!!

 

Trying to download windows 10, get an error from Razer saying "not connected to internet" DL stops at 32%

I have an alienware x51 r2 pc. I am trying to install windows 10. The download will stop at 32%, at this point I get a popup from Razer to install Synapse 2.0, which is already installed on current version of 8.1. I have a razer deathstalker keyboard, and
a razer death adder mouse. All updates are current. I have tried closing the window, choosing install later, but nothing works. The download will stop at 32% and I get a black screen that does nothing. Any suggestions ? Has anyone else had this problem? I
have contacted Razer as well, they said that that if my synapse is current, that the problem lies with Microsoft... not much help there !!

 

Razer Synapse not working on my desktop

Hello,

I got a Razer Naga chroma mouse " biggest mistake ever" and i proceed to download the driver on my gaming desktop and its not working, I can see the razer synapse in the bottom right , when i right click it and press open nothing happens.

I contacted support" and they dont know what they are doing, they are just asking me to uninstal and reinstal synapse, then unsital frame work and reinstall etc etc... and ive done everything and nothing is working..

I decided to give the synapse a try on my laptop, and weirdly enough it worked fine.

both laptop and desktop have the same OS "win 10 64 bits ,but i have no idea why it works fine on my laptop and not the desktop.

Anything anyone can do to help me? advise,recommend? im open to any suggestion
