Windows 10: How do i switch between direct x 11 and 12 or uninstall directx 12 and install directx 11...

Hello Dear Employee, I am using a Tesla K80 as a graphics card and I am performing my operations on a virtual server Windows Server 2019. I am working image processing and data science. In my image processing project I get 30 fps with GPU activeDirectX 12. When the CPU is active, I get 28 fps. I realized that the reason for this was due to both my graphics card and the DirectX version. If I can change the DirectX version from 12 to 11, my project will run faster. I want to change the version of DirectX 12 to DirectX 11. How can I do this on the virtual server? Thank you!

Hi i have been recently playing games like star wars jedi fallen order, stray, borderlands 3 etc,
Im having stuttering issue when loading scenes due to direct x 12 shader cache but works fine with directx 11,
Some games have option to switch between dx 11 and 12 but some dont.

So how do i switch between direct x 11 and 12 or uninstall directx 12 and install directx 11..

rtx 2070 8gb dram
ryzen 7 3700x

Directx 11 not working on directx 12

Can somebody help me i have directx 12 installed on my pc but when i launch a game it says dx11 required and another thing is that steam installed directx 11 for me and it dosent make sense because directx 9.0c games work but not directx 11 while i have directx 12 installed
