Windows 10: How do I switch off hyper-v on Windows 11 Pro on a Surface Laptop 5?

The only thing i bought this laptop for is for nested virtualization.I have switched off all virtualization in 'Turn Windows Features on or off',I've switched it off in the command lineDisable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-HypervisorTurned off all the features in PowershellDisable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-AllI've gone through the registry and group policy to disable all device guard and credential guard. Despte this, i'm still getting the following in my systeminfoHyper-V Requirements: A hypervisor has been detected. F

Where is the Hyper V Manager, How to I start it ?

I am trying to setup an XP virtual Machine on Windows 10 Pro.

I followed the steps in Neil Peterson article of 5/9/2016.

System Requirements - done - ok

Install Hyper-V - done - ok

Create a Virtual Switch - skip

Create a Virtual Machine

Create a Virtual Machine with Hyper-V Manager

These steps walk through how to manually create a virtual machine and deploy an operating system to this virtual machine.

Uhhhhhhhhh - this step obviously implies one knows

1) Where the Hyper-V Manager is

2) How to start the Hyper-V Manager

Isn't that odd ?

 

Unable to disable Hyper-V on Windows 11 - Surface Laptop 4

edit: Solved

I am trying to run Memu (Android Emulator) but it says Hyper-V is detected, then it attempts to repair it and says it is disabled. After restarting Hyper-V is not disabled and the emulator shows the same error message. I have tried disabling it a lot, but it does not work. I am on a Surface Laptop 4 - AMD 8 GB Ram, Windows 11.
