Windows 10: How do I switch Windows user Account

I have a new PC so I have signed into the microsoft with my default account which is set as the administrator.And so I have added a secondary account to the other users.But when I type the windows key it shows me the Microsoft Office subscription on the default account, and when I click on the 3 dots it gives me the option of either logging out or switching account.Now I have already set a pin for the default account - which is the only sign-in option I've touched. But I dont know how to set a sign-in option for my secondary account.But my problem is that I can sign-in on my default account

  Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
  

I suggest you to follow the below steps to Switch users.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt + Del key altogether.
  
• 
  Click on Switch User.
  
• 
  Select the user with which you want to login.
  

If computer starts up with a user other than the one you want, login to that user account and switch user to the account that you need and check.

Switching User Account in Windows 10

Follow the steps to switch user account without logging out or restart.

• On Left bottom corner, Click on Start button
• From the Menu screen, go to the TOP. [This should have the name of the user current logged in].
• Right click on Current User... Or change to other user.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown
