    How do I talk to an actual person?


    I have been trying to talk to an actual person about cancelling a subscription from an email that I don't have access to but I keep getting robots that send me to the subscription page which is useless. I can't even call the number anymore. Fix this God-awful system. I can give bank numbers, card info and history, everything to show that I have been paying for minecraft realms without being able to sign in just let me speak to a damn human

    I have two questions:

    How to talk to an actual person ?

    The support sends you to a chatbot , which sends me to what I assume is the techhelpdesk from india(?). They couldn't help me, the connection was horrible, he didn't speak clearly and was quite agitated when I asked if he could repeat a sentence. I just want
    to talk/chat to a person that can help me with my original query:

    How to change your user name in your laptop ?

    I got a new laptop and set up everything nicely, but for some weird reason the first 5 digits of my phone number were used as my user name. I want to actually use my user name. I've tried to change it in control panel (a solution on the web) (Control Panel\User
    Accounts\User Accounts) but the option "change name" was not present (maybe because I'm the administrator of the laptop?).

    Could anyone help me with either of these questions?
