    1. Sign in to your personal account and go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/expcon...

    2. Type 'subscription' then press Enter

    3. Scroll down and click the 'Contact Support' button

    4. Under 'Products and services', choose 'Microsoft 365 and Office'

    5. Under 'Category' select 'Manage my subscription' > Confirm

    6. Click 'Chat with a support agent in your web browser'

    7. Confirm your Microsoft email account.
