    How do I talk to some real microsoft support person ?


    I was not expecting such terrible service from microsoft support. I have been trying from 3 days to recover my bitlocker passcode as microsoft has locked my laptop while doing some random updates. Everytime I am clicking on Manage bitlocker passcode it going to a error page that says try after sometime as I am really frustrated after trying everything for 3 days. Can anyone please provide a real customer support number where I can resolve the issue ?

    Is there any way for me to talk to a real tech support person?

    I had a OneDrive incident and all my files are gone and I need help getting them back. I have been through all the articles via the help bot and they do not address my problem. I just need actual help. Please Microsoft, please let me talk to a real person.

    Live chat support - Talk to a person feature not working

    I've been trying to get support from the live chat of both Skype and Microsoft (including the Get Help app of Windows). None of the topics suggested addresses my question, so the chat app finally gives the "Talk to
    a person" option. When I click it, nothing happens. It's supposed to give options like 'call me back' or 'chat with a person' etc, but none of those options appears. There's just a box that says "Talk to a person" but the options are not visible. Is this just
    a glitch, or is the live chat with a person feature not yet functional?
