Windows 10: How do I tell a PC to reboot into PXE from within windows?

So I have this PC, i want it to network boot. I'm able to access it remotely. I want to tell it to boot into network boot.

I have no physical access to it

Is this possible with a command?

PXE BOOT and Defrag

Is it possible to PXE BOOT Defrag Windows XP Pro over the network? At work we have a TON of XP Pro machines we use and they are slow as a coffin in a grave due to fragmentation.
The IT dept can not get to them as it is a 2-3 man crew. Is it possible to PXE Boot to initiate a defrag over the network to all the PCs? The management wont let them install other tools.

Hi,

I am getting the following error on my
Dell Studio 1747

PXE-E61 MEDIA TEST FAILED, CHECK CABLE

PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM

The hard drive is seen when I hit F2 and look at the specs

I have taken the hard drive out and reinstalled. It did not help but the computer still recognizes the hard drive.

Any suggestions?

 

Failed to install Win OS through AMT based PXE reboot

Given: PXE Server and one Intel vPro based PC. The goal is to be able to install Windows 10 OS in fully un-attendant manner on demand. For this purpose, we are trying to use a built-in AMT (Active Management Technology) to force PC into PXE boot. When PC is forced into PXE by a user during the reboot, everything runs fine and Windows OS is installed without any further user interaction. However, when PC is forced into PXE trough AMT (reboot into PXE), it starts installing Windows, but fails with an error message “Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition.”. For Linux OS both approaches (manual and through AMT) work fine with the positive result.

What could be the problem?
