Windows 10: How do I transfer files between a windows laptop and a Mac laptop if there even is a way

I'm a youtuber...at least trying to be

My equipment is quite low quality and old but ik trying to Make due. Now I typically record my videos with my 2015 MacBook pro however recently for unknown reasons, my encoding has been severely overloaded and I'm recording my videos in 720P/30 FPS with nocop overlays.

My windows is older but weirdly FAR MORE RELIABLE than my Mac in OBS. It however is far less reliable when it comes to video editing. I prefer recording on my Mac only because I can edit my videos and thumbnail directly.

This is why I want to know if there is a way to send OBS recorded 1 hour long footage from my windows laptop to my Mac laptop so I can edit the footage there.

Step 2: douse laptop in gasoline.

Step 3: toss a burning match onto laptop.

Step 4: watch the fire clense your laptop.

 

USB Transfer to Laptop

Hello Judy,

I suggest you to copy all the files to a flash drive from the laptop.
You may create a new folder on your desktop and name that folder as per your choice.

  Perform the steps to transfer the files from laptop to desktop.
  
• 
  Plug in the flash drive and wait for it to get detected.
  
• 
  Now, open the flash drive and Right Click on the files that you want to transfer and select “Copy”.
  
• 
  Now, open the folder on desktop and Right Click on an empty space in the folder and select “Paste”.
  
• 
  Similarly, you can transfer all other files.
  

As per the file size you can also use an external drive instead of a flash drive and transfer the data.

transfer files between computers on a home network

I don't know why this is so hard to do but I would like to transfer files between a desktop PC running windows 10 pro and a laptop running windows 10 home. I would like to transfer files in both directions. Both computers are on the same home network and are connected wirelessly.

Could some one provide either specific step by step instructions on how to do this (I googled and found a countless list of instructions that don't work)

or a link to a reference.

I don't know if this is possible but it would be nice to see the computer sending the desired file in the explorer file manager of the computer receiving the desired file and then under the computer see a list
of shared files and folders.

Again, this seems like such a reasonable way of sharing files and folders. Shouldn't there be a simple way to do this?
