Windows 10: How do i transfer msoffice files from a personal account which is now expired onto a new...

i have a just expired by three weeks microsoft office account. I also have a new open university ms office account. How can transfer data from my personal one, over to this new one? THank youi/

To show hidden files and folders in the View menu, follow these steps below.

1. Double-click This PC on the desktop to open it or type This PC on search bar, then Open This PC.

2. Click View tab in the This PC Window, tap Show/hide in the menu, and check the small box before Hidden items in the sub-list.

To transfer files from the Old user account to new user account, follow these steps below.

1) Locate the C:\Users\Old_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and Old Username is the name of the profile you want to copy files from.

2) Select all of the files and folders in this folder, except the following files:

•Ntuser.dat

•Ntuser.dat.log

•Ntuser.ini

3) Right-click and Select Copy.

4) Locate the C:\Users\New_Username folder, where C is the drive that Windows is installed on, and New Username is the name of the new user profile you created.

5) Right-click inside the folder and select Paste.

6) Restart your system and check if you are able to log in to default profile.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

  Entire account: are you referring to a Microsoft account or a local user account?
  

If it is a Microsoft user account the same settings will synchronize to the new user account.
