Windows 10: How do I transfer my Windows 11 key?

I need to transfer my product key to a new pc I'm assembling. I really don't wont to have to buy windows 11 again. Is there a way to transfer it myself or can a staff member do it online? In my command prompt it says my version is "Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22000.2538]" My original PC came with windows 10 but I installed the 11 update last year.Thanks for the help!

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.

 

I built a new computer running windows 11 home. Can I transfer my product key from my old windows 10 Pro?

How can I transfer my license to my new PC? I have verified it's a retail copy but I can't activate the product key and the upgrading hardware step doesn't list my new PC.

Do I need Windows 11 Pro or should the 10 Pro key automatically upgrade me?

How do I do this?
