Windows 10: How do I transfer my Windows 11 Pro upgrade digital license?

Hello,I purchased a new Dell Inspiron, which came with Windows 11 Home OEM. I then purchased the Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the Microsoft Store and upgraded it. Then I found out that this Dell computer would not meet my needs, so I ordered another one with a more capable power supply and graphics card. The 2nd one also came with Windows 11 Home OEM installed.I would like to downgrade the first computer back to Windows 11 Home so I can return it. I tried to do a fresh install, but Windows 11 Pro is automatically chosen during the installation. I would also like to use my digital license f

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

I have upgraded my old laptop from windows 11 Home(OEM) to Windows 11 Pro. And I did not receive any product key and it was showing as digital license.

Recently I have bought a new laptop and would like to transfer the Windows 11 pro upgrade license to the new one. I have reset my old PC and removed it from my devices in Microsoft Account. But not able to upgrade.

I have tried raising support cases and there was no call back from Microsoft. Can anyone please help me on this.
