Windows 10: How do I troubleshoot issues with Amazon Virtual Assistant services on my Windows 10...

Hey there, I'm having some trouble with the Amazon Virtual Assistant serviceS Microsoft device. I was wondering if you could help me out and explain how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with these services. I'm really hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible so that I can get back to using my virtual assistant seamlessly. Thanks in advance for your help!

Virtual disk service wont start

I suggest you to start the Virtual Disk Service and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + R from the Keyboard.
• Type services.msc and hit Enter.
• In the Services Window, look for Virtual Disk service and
  Stop it.
• Restart the computer and Start the Virtual Disk
  service and set it to Automatic.
• Restart the computer and it check if it works.

Amazon Assistant won't uninstall!

Hi,

Worked the first time i tried it then after closing the application and trying to start again the disk service would not start anymore.
