Windows 10: How do I troubleshoot my Bluetooth problem in my laptop. I am having connection issue

Please help how do I resolve it?

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

If you are experiencing connectivity issues and audio problems with your Bluetooth headset on your laptop, you can take the following suggestions to troubleshoot:

• Update Bluetooth drivers: Make sure the Bluetooth drivers for your laptop are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues and audio problems. Visit the manufacturer's website or use the Driver Update Utility to check for and install any available Bluetooth driver updates.
  
• Disable other Bluetooth devices: If the laptop is connected to more than one Bluetooth device, such as a mouse or keyboard, try temporarily disconnecting them. Sometimes conflicts between different Bluetooth devices can cause connection and audio problems.
  

If none of the above steps solves the problem and resetting, reinstalling and other devices have been tried, then the laptop's Bluetooth module may have a hardware or compatibility issue. In this case, you may need to contact the laptop manufacturer's technical support or consider using an external Bluetooth adapter as an alternative solution (I understand that external Bluetooth adapters are not expensive).

Bluetooth Connection Issue - headphones, LE vs regular connection

1. Have you tried connecting the headphones to another computer and check if it’s working fine?
   
2. What is the make and model of the computer?
   

Meanwhile, I would suggest you with few simple steps. Kindly follow the same.

Step 1: Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth accessories.

If you can turn on Bluetooth but are having problems pairing or using a Bluetooth accessory, kindly follow the article which gives you steps on

Step 2: There are two terms regarding Bluetooth: pairing and connecting. Pairing is the introduction of one device to another. Once paired, they will stay in each other’s memory until manually erased. Once a device
is paired, the headset can then connect to that device to receive audio or voice from the device.

• Go into the device's paired list and manually select the Bluetooth.
  
• You may need to clear your paired list in your headset and re-pair your headset to your device.
  
• To clear your paired list in your headset, follow these steps: on the headset, press and hold the call and volume – buttons for 10 seconds
  
• The headset will revert to discoverable mode (slowly blinking LED), allowing you to re-pair the computer you want connect.
