Windows 10: How do i troubleshoot these errors

Hello guys so recently ive been experiencing a problem where games and apps are minimizing mid use and aftera few minutes it would do it again it does it at random time and i dont know how to attack this problem anymore i have done hours of research and turned off a bunch of settings edited a bunch of things on registry editor to no avail and im out of ideas on how to fix this issue i have a new laptop maybe a month old i was hoping by the miracle of god that someone here knows the fix to this problem and i have read on reddit that i could go on event viewer to see what happened the moment

Error 0x803C0103 when troubleshooting

My last update was 1703 haven't been able to get any other updates. I get error code 0x800704cf tried using troubleshooter got error code 0x803c0103 not sure what to do next
