Windows 10: How do I turn off Hyper-V??

I'm sorry for cursing in the title, but this is genuinely annoying me so much. Hyper-V is preventing me from installing an application, and I would like to turn it off. So I google how to do it, I go to "Turn Windows features on or off", but Hyper-V isn't even there. I try another method, still no. So is Hyper-V not even on my computer? Impossible, because this application bluestacks 4 literally says Hyper-V is preventing the installation.To anyone who is thinking "Why don't you just install bluestacks X?" It's because I'm trying to install an apk that wasn't properly installing on bluestack

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.

That's the problem that I cannot find Hyper-V in Windows Features list, hence I am not able to turn it on or off.

You can remove Hyper-V by going to the control panel > add and remove programs > turn windows features on or off > and in the list there you should see Hyper-V

remove the checkbox and this will remove hyper-v

you may need to reboot
