Windows 10: how do i turn off notifications for calendar in windows 10 home 20H2?

There is not a notifications: system settings. There also does not seem to be a setting to turn off overall notifications for that calendar. i turned off syncing outlook or the native e-mail with it, but i don't like that it automatically did this. my previous computer did not do this. i will probably restore the new system soon since it made errors after i first set it up last week, but i want to make sure it won't sync the calendar automatically. It notified me by turning off sleep mode before 6am this morning. I don't need it waking me up. I don't want to have to turn off my computer, or mu

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Make Outlook show calendar notifications in the Windows 10 notification bar

we can set the account up in Windows Mail app, turning off sync for mail and contacts.

Calendar reminders will use the Windows reminder system and display prominently in the corner of your screen, on top of any open programs.





Please refer to the steps below:

1. Add your Exchange account to Mail app. Win 10 will automatically configure this account on Calendar App too.
   
2. Open Start > Settings > System > Notification&Actions.
   
3. Turn on notifications for Outlook and Calendar but turn off the option for Mail.

• On Windows 10 settings, under Default apps, are you using the Mail app as your Email default app?
  
• Using your Mail app, under Notifications, do you have these kind of settings? (See reference photo below.)

Meanwhile, we suggest that you check this
article and see the section that says Turn off notifications for all calendar events. Check the fourth step and make sure to follow the steps on it. On
Play a sound section, under Advanced sound settings, on the
