Windows 10: How do I turn off tap to click?

I have looked and gone through the community forums but I cannot find the setting. Does anyone know how?

Action centre window pops up, everytime i tap on my mouse pad. How to fix this?

I suggest you to turn off your action center notifications and check.



Please follow the steps below:

• 
  Open Settings, and click/tap on the
  System icon.
  
• 
  Click/tap on Notifications & actions on the left side, and click/tap on the
  Turn system icons on or off link on the right side.
  
• 
  Turn off the Action center you want.

visual voicemail turn off?

Hi,

To turn off or disable Visual Voicemail, please follow the steps below:

• From the Start screen, tap the Phone tile.
• Tap the More icon (...) at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap settings.
• Tap the Visual Voicemail switch to turn off.

Turning on predictive text
