Windows 10: How do I turn off the auto-formatting when writing emails ?

Using Windows 10 Home and the basic email that came with it NOT the Outlook app.Whenever I write a message, the email-app can't seem to decide what language I'm writing in usually alternating between English, Swedish and some German, even in the same message and so it capitalizes random letters not only the first letter in a new sentence and do all kinds of unnecessary formattings... and it's these things I want to turn off.

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

Outlook builds the Auto-Complete List by saving the names and addresses of recipients in email messages you've previously sent. As the list grows, so does the number of suggestions that are offered as possible entries. You can trim the list by removing one
or more recipients, or you can turn off Auto-Complete List completely. To do so, you may follow instructed steps from this link:

Turn off Windows 10 Mail app Auto-Formatting

I just updated my new Surface Pro and now the mail app keeps auto-formatting my emails.

For example, when I try to type a list it automatically indents and treats it like a bullet point.

that is not what I want to have happen every time, how can I turn this off?
