Windows 10: How do I turn off the display numbers that pop up when I move an app/browser?

I just got a Windows11 laptop. How do I stop these display numbers? They come up even when I want to move a browser just 1/4". They're just in the way and are unnecessary.Also. I teach and make tutorial videos. These pop-ups are distracting,

• Have you tried opening the same website on a different browser?

• Have you tried clearing the browser's cache and cookies?
  

You may also turn the Pop-up Blocker off, follow these steps to turn off the Pop-up Blocker:

Hi,

Pop-up blocker helps user to prevent pop-ups from displaying in a user's Web browser.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Open the gear icon at the upper right of the Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Options.
• Under Privacy tab, put a check mark on Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
• Click OK.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge:

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Open More (icon with three dots) and select Settings.
  
• Click View advanced settings.
• Turn Block pop-ups to On.
