Windows 10: How do I turn off the notification to turn Windows Firewall back on?

I don't need to turn Windows Firewall back on because I have another paid antivirus/Firewall protection app Webroot on my computer Windows 10 desktop. I have it off because I don't need both of them running. If there's a way to turn off these notifications, please let me know.

How to fix ""Turn on Windows Firewall. Windows Firewall is turned off. Tap or click to turn it on"

I use an Dell Inspiron 15 3511, Windows 11 pro. About a week ago I reinstalled Malwarebytes privacy using Malwarebytes Support Tool ,because the program refused to open. During the process of reinstalling I accidently clicked “repair Windows Firewall”. Nothing major changed However, I keep getting this notification whenever I turn on or restart the PC. "Turn on Windows Firewall. Windows Firewall is turned off. Tap or click to turn it on" So I checked at Windows Security and all Firewalls were turned on and no action was needed. Am I overlooking something? Did I miss a step? Any help will be nice.

 

Windows Firewall-Action Center says Firewall not turned on

I have no item in the Control Panel called System and Security but an item called Security and Maintenance. But as I said before, when clicking on Security and Maintenance, it tells me to go to Windows Security to view the firewall settings.

I went ahead and click on Restore defaults(did this about a week ago) and within 1 minute the notification popped up telling to turn on Windows Firewall because it is turned off.

All of these suggestions in this thread I have previously done before being suggested in this thread, but nothing has fixed the problem.

For the last 4 days, a notification has been appearing saying to turn on windows firewall but firewall for domain network, private network, and public network are turned on.
