Windows 10: how do i turn off the security info being updated

i have recently recovered my account and is updating the security info. the person who has hacked into my account can still cancel the security info by emailing the code to themselves which is very stupid.

I've got the GT620M in a Zenbook and the newest version of GPUz has it listed as a 40nm part whereas all other info on the web suggests its 28nm. Can you investigate, W1z?
