Windows 10: How do I 'turn off' the "voice prompt" that comes on for every action that I want to take?

I don't know what I did,, but I now have this annoying 'voice prompt' that tells me everything I'm doing, what I am seeing, etc. Where on the keyboard is the button to get rid of this? Or what program do I have to go into to turn it OFF.?

Turn WiFi search off, when you don’t need it, by taping on WiFi quick action button or by managing your
WiFi notification by following these steps:

• Slide your finger downwards on the screen.
• Press All settings.
• Press Network & wireless.
• Press WiFi. and then select Wi-Fi Sense.
• Turn on/off "Connect to suggested open hotspots".
• Uncheck "Show a notification banner when action is needed from me".

Let us know if it works.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Hi,

Let's follow these steps to disable action center:

• Click on Start, type notifications in the search box.
• In the list, select notifications & action settings.
• On the right side, click on turn system icons on or off.
• Turn off action center from there.
