Windows 10: How do I turn off the Windows defender warning that says " local security authority...

I have a Windows Defender warning that says Local Security Authority protection is off. I have toggled on and restarted several times but cannot clear the warning. Does that mean it is still off?

Local Security Authority Protection

I have the security Action badge indicating to me that Windows security Action is required.

I open up by clicking the badge and see the notice that the Local Security Authority Protection is required to be turned on and restart the computer to which I perform those two actions.

After my computer is reloaded the Security Badge still requires me to turn Local Security Authority Protection on, as I have already done.

Local Security Authority is on but I'm getting warnings

Windows 11 Pro.

I am getting warnings in the message centre that Local Security Authority protection is off. But, when I check, it's turned on.

I have toggled it on and off and rebooted - still getting the message.

I don't want to dismiss the message in case there is an error.

Any suggestions to resolve this please.
