Windows 10: How do i unblock an application extention

See idk if my virus protection is what is proventing me from unblocking the extention but i go to game>scripts>coop.dll i go to hit unblock and it gives me the you will need an administrator permission i hit continue and its saying access is denied. So if anyone can gelp me with this i would be very thankful

Hi,

Based on the error message that you are getting, you can unblock a software by following the steps below:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button.
• Click Internet Options.
• Go to the Content tab, look under the Certificates section.
• Click on Publishers button.
• Select the Untrusted Publishers tab.
• Select the publisher you wish to unblock and click the Remove button.
