Windows 10: How do I unfreeze my surface pro x from the Windows 11 downloading screen?

I accidentally unplugged my surface pro x while it was downloading Windows 11, I already let the battery drain to see if it will make a difference and plugged it up to see if that would work, but it didn't it just shows the same screen, is there a way to restart the device itself, this has been going on for almost a week now or longer since I thought it would have gone away eventually but it hasn't and I'll need this tablet for school, please help?

Does Windows 11 Pro work on a surface X Pro with the SQ2 processor?I

Can I ask which version of Windows 11 pro you have and where did you get it? I bought one from Amazon to upgrade from Windows 11 and it decidedly doesn't work, stopping on a screen that invites me to fix or adjust certain things, (listed below, it says) but with nothing on the list as needing attention. It then will not proceed.

You are referring to the Surface X Pro with the ARM processor, SQ2?
