Windows 10: How do I uninstall or disable activation of windows speech recognition for windows 11?

Ive tried different way to uninstall or disable windows speech recognition in my windows 11 system. From trying to uninstall apps from settings, to locating the file folder it wont let me uninstall or modify the pop-ups in any way. I want for it to never appear on my screen. None of the ways listed mentioned, not even from the setting of its own software/application. It is frustrating since it interrupts my focus and workflow. Please help or advice what actions to take. thank you :

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

speech recognition on Windows XP?

Is there a way to get some sort of speech recognition software for XP? I saw an article on Microsoft on how to get it to work, but it says I have to download the Windows Speech Engine or something like that and it's not available to download.

My grandma likes the idea of talking to her computer lol. She wants to dictate her stories because she has a hard time typing for a long time because she's got arthritis and all that.
