    the instructions to go to settings /apps/phone link/uninstall does not work. The uninstall button is not active

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Let me help you to solve the problem that you can't uninstall Phone Link.



    Sorry for the bad user experience, Phone Link currently only supports selected Android, Samsung and select Huawei Honor devices.



    For Phone Link application requirements and settings you can refer to the following link.

    Click Phone Link app requirements and setup.

    I got Phone Link from the Microsoft Store and installed it, then followed the steps below to uninstall it and it did not reproduce the problem you are experiencing.

    Settings > Apps > Apps& features > find Phone Link in the list of apps >Click Phone Link > Uninstall

    Until I have other solutions, could you please tell me the following information.

    • How did you get Phone Link?
    • In what way did you uninstall it?
    • Unable to uninstall with any error message?
    If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    How do I uninstall Phone Link? I have tried the traditional routes but Microsoft isn't allowing me to uninstall it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
