Windows 10: how do i uninstall the security update from windows 11 KB5028185

i've tried mostly everything idk what else to do this update screwed the taskbar to not showing at all it's hard to search nad switch between tabs, i've uninstalled it once but it somehow updated again

Windows 11 Security updates keep failing with a 0xe0000003 error.

I performed all the steps but still had the issue. Finally, I downloaded the ISO and reinstalled Windows 11, that appears to have solved the issue. The "2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028185)" was successfully installed last night.

Security update for Windows 10, version 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, and 1909: February 11, 2020

Important
This standalone security update has been removed due to an issue affecting a sub-set of devices. It will not be re-offered from Windows Update, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Microsoft Update Catalog. Note Removal of this standalone security update does not affect successful installation or any changes within any other February 11, 2020 security updates, including Latest Cumulative Update (LCU), Monthly Rollup or Security Only update.

Summary

This security update makes quality improvements to the supported Windows 10 versions listed in the "Applies to" section. Key changes include the following:

Addresses an issue in which a third-party Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) boot manager might expose UEFI-enabled computers to a security vulnerability.

Restart your device.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
