Windows 10: How do I uninstall this update: Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MEDIA - 6.0.9478.1Realtek...

My computer has actively become worse after I turned on my computer and it asked me to restart due to an update. I usually ignore the updates because my computer was just fine before but after the update, I cant even change the brightness on my screen. I have seen no benefits from this update so far, things have only gotten worse. Apparently all of the sudden I need a "new display driver" which I also don't know how to get especially when everything says its up to date. So what I really want to do is uninstall the "update."

Along with the routine Defender updates, I got two updates of Realtek Semiconductor Corp ext. I would like to know what Realtek update is about. I don't recall getting Realtek updates before.
