Windows 10: How do I unlink a separate Microsoft account from Windows 11?

So I was trying to use the Nearby sharing feature, when all of a sudden a "Sign in" was needed. However, the sign in email address is nothing alike to my actual email address.This email address does belong to me as I made it as a burner email due to issues trying to figure out how to add more accounts onto the New Outlook, however I have since forgotten the password with it likely being a random password I never saved, thinking I would never have to enter the password again, oh how foolish I am, so I cannot try entering With most things I would have to reset my PC, but seeing that I've res

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

 

How to unlink Email Accounts in Win 10 Mail App

The "save" button is not necessary to unlink an inbox. (Neither is running the app troubleshooter.)

To unlink a linked inbox:

• Click/tap the "gear" icon in Mail
• Click/tap "Manage Accounts"
• Click/tap the linked inbox you wish to unlink (it will appear next to an icon of a linked chain)
• On the window that comes up, click/tap the "Unlink inboxes" link.
• The window will disappear, and all inboxes previously linked in that linked inbox will be separate again, and that linked inbox will be gone - all without hitting the "save" button.
