Windows 10: How do I unlink my laptop from my daughter's?

My daughter has a gaming laptop that uses my Microsoft account. I have a simple laptop for personal use. When she downloads Mods for games, they show up in my laptop's files. When I save personal documents, they show up in her files. When I delete her files from my documents, they delete in hers, too, and vice versa. I've selected "Not Syncing" in settings for both laptops. I know this has something to do with Onedrive, but I'm pretty much tech illiterate. Can someone walk me through how to fix it?

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
