    How do I unlink my phone number and email from a hacked account?


    I was recently hacked where my email & password was changed and Microsoft was really no help with me recovering my account. I decide to make a new account but my current phone number is still connected to my old account. I can’t even make a new account under my old email because it says that I don’t have an existing account wih that email and when I try to create one, it says I may already have an account with the email.. I’m willing to leave behind my old Microsoft account, I just want to have my actual information unlinked and linked to my new account or have my old account back. Honestl
