Windows 10: How do I unlink myself and all my accounts on a laptop PC I want to give away?

Altogether, I have 4 laptops. I want to give away the oldest laptop I have to my grandson. I reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch, taking off all my old files & folders completely, so it is a new Windows 10 operating system. I installed only necessary apps like Malwarebytes and SpywareBlaster.I linked all the laptops with OneDrive in the cloud so I could read the files in any of the 4. I have unlinked OneDrive and signed out on the laptop I want to give to my grandson, so they are not available to him.However, I have noticed that the PC is still showing my name as it is booting up. Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
