Windows 10: how do I unlock my computer when it is disabled due to trojan spyware

microsoft has locked my computer because of trojan malware detected. Is the security helpline phone number provided valid?

Anti virus, Trojan's and Spyware.

Hmmm, I use AVG Email Server Antivirus, Zonealarm Pro, and many many spyware programs... The best one being BPS Anti-Spyware. Ad-aware SE is just garbage now, but if you want spyware protection with out nothing running i suggest using Spyware Blaster. Heres a list of great programs that i use and i think are some are the best. Pest Patrol, Spyware Doctor, Spybot, Bazooka, Spyware Blaster, and BPS Anti-Spyware. Those are really great anti-spyware programs. Oh and the new Zonealarm Pro I dont like at all becuase it alerts you about everything even if you turn alerts off so i use version 6.0.667.000 which is one of the best newer ones.

 

malware, spyware& Trojan

I am seriously faceing a security problem,thus the all malware, trojans and spyware installing there apps in my windows10 platform.they are very seriously effecting my Laptop.

when iam unistalling them they are reinstalling there apps.

windows defender is in off status,when iam try to on its not working......

Please give me the solution

 

Can't disable TROJAN! Please HELP!

I have a trojan called scvhost.exe and when I go to msconfig and disable it from starting up, when I restart it re-enables itself again. What can I do to get rid of it? I have scanned my computer with Norton, Spybot S & D, and Ad-Aware SE Personal. Nothign works, can I get some advice please? Do not mistake this for the Norton process of svchost.exe, that is just the process this trojan has TRIED to disguise itself as, luckily I spotted it, and looked it up, but I can't get rid of it. Also, now when I start up my PC, Norton tries to come on but then something turns it off and I have to turn it back on again. Suggestions welcome
