    How do I unlock my HP laptop when I forgot my PIN?


    Hi, I forgot my HP laptop password ad now I am locked out. I have tried to hold down the Shift button and restart my computer but that did not really work. I tried to do this because someone had asked a similar question to mine and that's what it said to do. It didn't work and I am very confused now.Also when I click forgot PIN it asks to send a verification code to my email but it tries to send it to something that is not my email. Please try to get back to me as quickly as possible.Thank you very much!

    My HP Windows 11 Laptop is unlocked but I forgot my PIN

    Hello,

    I have an HP Windows 11, and it is unlocked, but I forgot the PIN, and I do not want to reset it. I recently cleared my TPM because it was having issues, but later when I powered my laptop on, it said that I have to reset Windows PIN, which I do not want to do because I forgot the previous one and I don't want to change it. My laptop is currently unlocked and it says "Reset Windows Hello PIN"

    How do I find my previous PIN for the laptop? Thank you!

    My HP laptop is stuck on the login screen and is not making any progress, as I have forgotten the password for my Windows 10 account. Now, I am unable to access any files or data on my HP laptop. I have tried several passwords that I usually use, but no luck.

    I am in urgent need of a solution to unlock HP laptop forgot password Windows 10 without losing any data or files. Can someone guide me on the steps to reset the password or any other way to unlock my laptop?

    I couldn't unlock my laptop with the fingerprint. I entered the PIN, but it says it's wrong. However, I get the option of 'forgot PIN.' If I choose that, the Microsoft account sign-in page pops up. My question is, will I be able to unlock my laptop this way without losing my files (photos, PDFs, etc.)? I don't use the laptop that much, so I have little knowledge about these things. I don't want to lose my files. Kindly guide me.
