Windows 10: How do I unlock my laptop? I don’t have a bit locker recovery key

my computer locked on me. I have a laptop bit locker and I do not have a recovery key. I went onto my Microsoft account and I do not have a recovery key to put into my computer to unlock my laptop. I really need to use it and it’s making it very hard when it’s telling me to go recover a recovery key that I don’t have.

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker won’t except any of the keys from my Microsoft account. What’s the next step to get it unlocked?

 

Bit Locker Recovery Key

My computer is asking for a bit locker recovery key. I have tried to go through the Microsoft help pages, to no avail - absolutely unhelpful information in there. Need my computer unlocked asap. Please help.
