Windows 10: HOW DO I UNLOCK WINDOWS 10 AFTER LOCKING IT????

Some genius at Microsoft decided it's a good idea to provide the ability to remotely lock a device via https://account.microsoft.com/devices but not provide the ability to unlock. =I hit lock thinking it's like a chromebook and I could use it to kick my kids off of my desktop, but I was surprised to see once it's locked there is no unlock ability.I just get a message "An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administrator sign in first."I've been troubleshooting this for over 3 hours. I've enabled the loca

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

toggle to switch taskbar location from bottom to right and back

Suggest you try simply dragging the taskbar with e.g. that command as a first step.
