Windows 10: How do I Unzip and install Turbo Tax files?

I bought Turbo Tax online from Amazon. It came to me zipped. When I try to unzip, I get the message that "the app that I'm trying to install is not a Microsoft-verified app" with a stylized bearded guy and links me to "the apps store." The apps store shows a lot of games and not much more. Does this suggest a virus of some sort? If not, what should I be looking for in the apps store? Windows 11.

• Are you getting any error messages when you insert the installation disc?
• Are you getting any error messages when you attempt to install Turbo Tax?
• When you insert the installation disc of Turbo Tax, can you see the installation file on File Explorer?

Method 1:

Problem with turbo tax

I am trying to run Turbo Tax 2018 but it keeps crashing when saving the file. Spent an hour on the phone with Turbo Tax and they have suggested that this could be a Windows problem. Any thoughts?
