Windows 10: How do I update directx11 level 10 feature

So I upgraded from windows 7 to 8.1 and after I tried running a game it said directx11 lvl 10 feature is required but when I ran the installation for directx this popped up.

DX11 feature level 10.0 required to run the engine (Fortnite)

I have an Alienware M15x, windows 10 home, however, when I run a game it comes up with the same error, DirectX11 feature level 10.0 required to run the engine.

I've tried:

Updating Graphics card

Checking for windows updates (10)

re-installing the application

But it still isn't working, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if someone helped me out.

Trying to run unreal engine 4 for the first time and I get a message DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine.

I have updated the drivers to the most recent one by following the steps.

I use windows 10 and AMD radeon 3000 graphics

Hi, there a problem when i try to start some games, sometimes it says dx feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine and when i check on "dxdiag"

there is no feature levels at all and i need to reinstall my gpu driver. any suggestions?
