Windows 10: how do I update drivers for Epson stylus NX420 to print legal size paper?

I am trying to print pages from my money program for tax purposes. I need to print on legal sized paper but am not given that size option. I googled the issue and believe I may need to update my drivers: does this sound correct? I then went to the Epson site and found no way of doing that. This is very important to me and must be able to ASAP. Please help

On photo print paper size. I would like to have a 11X17 print paper size.Would it be possible to add a user defined section on paper size?

Yes, I have that shown. But when I go to paper size on my Epson WF-7610 I have 13 paper sizes shown. None have a 11X17. I can get legal size for the largest paper. I would like to print 11X17 either as listed or user defined for me to size.

 

Before printing PDFs from others, is there now a pre-requisite to check Paper Size until Automatic Rotation works? is it possible default print setting differs for another user?

It will only landscape for following Printer settings:

1. Default
   
2. Customized
   
3. Automatic
   

It is difficult to stop printing after first page did not come up correctly. Environmentally speaking, this is causing much paper to recycle.

The alternative are not automatic

1. NOT use automatic; this means I have to manually change setting every time I print?
   
2. My printer manufacturer suggested "Choose paper source by PDF page size”
   
3. change Paper Size by Printing to another PDF
   

Is there automation when Automatic Rotation is not working for printing Legal Paper Size?

After several days, we found another person do not have same problem with default print setting; how is this possible; is it possible default print setting differs for another user?

 

Epson WF-7510, when printing, no program will allow me to choose a legal paper setting.

When we try and print on any program with any file type, we are unable to choose a legal size paper. This printer is capable of printing legal and has legal paper in it. We also set the paper setting to legal on the printer itself. In the advance settings
of this printer, the paper type that the printer says it can use is only letter. Please advise.
