Windows 10: How do I update Minecraft without an error coming up?

Since the new update, I've not been able to go onto Minecraft realms, whenever I try to join a server it says 'Outdated Client' and sends me to the store. I've been trying to update it for the last 2 days but it always cancels the download and tells me to try again later error code: 0x80073cfb. How do I fix this?

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
