Windows 10: How do i update my laptop when it keeps saying "Error encountered"

I just said to update my laptop it's on windows 10 and suddenly i saw the message "error encountered" then beneath it was said that they couldn't connect to the update service and would try again later or so then i did a troubleshoot but it couldn't detect the problem i checked my windows update service it was running and the windows installer it was running, i don't know what to do again please HELP!!

Error Encountered for drivers updates

Running Win 10 v 2004 currently with a Dell desktop pc. When I went to Windows Update there was the version 20H2 update available along with Recommended updates of 3 drivers I am still deciding whether to install 20H2. When I checked the 3 listed drives for downloading and installing the Error Encountered notification. Oddly I have since retruned to Windows Update and the only update shown now is version 20H2?

 

Error encountered in update

My Windows 10 HP laptop encountered error when trying to update 0x80080005. I run troubleshooter says it fixed something and I need to restart the computer to ensure everything is okay. I restart and install the updates again but getting the exact result.
