Windows 10: How do i update my windows media feature pack

I tried to play roblox on a newly reset computer and it didnt launch and it mfplat.dll file error or its missing and i tried everything but nothing worked i tried to even install a new Media Feature pack but i cant bc it doesnt let me can someone help me please this problem has been going on for 3 days already ive searched the whole internet for fixes

When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!

I seem to be running into similair issues. After the update, features reliant on the Media Pack stopped functioning correctly, so I reinstalled the pack, which did not have any effect. After following your steps, I noticed that the Media Feature Pack was
not even listed as a feature on my PC. Further help would be highly appreciated!
