    Current version of Win 10 PC ?

    I upgraded from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 pro in October. It now shows that I am running Windows 10 Pro 10.0.10240 Build 10240. Is this the latest build? If not, where do I get the latest upgrade/build. Nothing is being suggested when checking for updates except
    for Windows Defender updates.

    Win 10 Professional build 10240.16590 will not update to latest build?

    I have the following: Win 10 Professional build 10240.16590 and it will not update to latest build?

    I've checked the Windows updater, I get security patches, but the OS won't update.

    Thoughts? Suggestions?

    The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

    Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
